A bold Oaxacan seasoning with serious depth. Toasted chapulines (grasshoppers) are blended with chile, citrus, and salt for a savory, slightly smoky, tangy crunch that wakes up everything it touches. Rim mezcalitas and micheladas, sprinkle over mango and pineapple, finish tacos, guacamole, grilled corn, or roasted veggies, just a pinch brings bright, authentic flavor.
Made with wild, adult red grasshoppers, chile from Oaxaca, Cuytlán Sea Salt and a zing of lemon.
