This Heirloom Red Corn Masa Harina is made from just two ingredients: corn and alkaline water. This finely ground nixtamalized corn flour is perfect for making tortillas (just add water!) as well as tamales, tostadas, pupusas, arepas, and more. Its deep flavor and vibrant color comes from single-origin heirloom corn grown in Mexico, which is cooked, ground, and slow dried in small batches. Never genetically modified. Always gluten-free.
With the simple addition of warm water*, the masa is transformed into the foundation for hundreds of dishes, including corn tortillas, tamales, tostadas, and other delicious preparations.
