Coarse sea salt harvested by hand from the warm coastal waters of Colima, Mexico. Produced by the Salineros cooperative since 1925, this salt has a clean, bright flavor and a satisfying crunchy texture, perfect for finishing dishes, seasoning fresh fruit, or rimming cocktail glasses.
