Due to the natural and artisanal processes involved in the production of our handmade items, no two pieces will be the same. While there may be some slight variations in shape and color, the integrity and quality of the product will remain intact; Casa Y Cocina would never ship you an item we wouldn’t be proud to use and/or display in our own homes. We inspect all items before shipping and pack all orders with care.
Product photos are a close representation of this item. The physical color may vary slightly from the product photo on our website due to different device screen settings, the lighting in your home, and slight differences in product finishes over time, among other factors.

We offer products/services for sale on this site using Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, and PayPal. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with PayPal and Stripe to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. They share your name, email address, and mailing address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All online sales are final. Please review your order very carefully, and email prior to ordering if there are any questions.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
1. Because you do not want to purchase items that someone else used, even if it was only used one time. We do not want to sell you items that someone else has used.
2. As you know, the items we carry are manufactured all over Mexico (and other parts of the world) and sold locally in the US for the convenience of our customers. It is not possible for us to return these back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are exorbitant. To entertain any sort of return, we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, meaning we’d have to pass that cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to ensure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives.Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival.If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Please include your purchase order # and contact information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Casa Y Cocina ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Most in-stock items ship within 3 days although some items may take longer to process.
Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case.
Shipping can take 4-6 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, Casa Y Cocina will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival.
All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out. Please double-check the accuracy of this address. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
International orders are not available at this time.
