In the Mayan region of Mexico, these pickled onions are a must-have for any of the Pibil dishes native to the region, including the famous Cochinita Pibil. These pickled onions are a bright and tangy way to liven up your dishes. A colorful accent for seafood, ceviches, suckling pig, beef, pibil dishes and anything avocado.
